Water gives life to the future
As part of their pro bono work, architecture students Ahmet Kemal Askar and Mervan Zorlu from the University of Liechtenstein are collaborating with Diversity Europe to design a drinking fountain in West Africa—an architectural gesture of dignity and community.
The location combines water and shade to create a symbol of hope: a space that not only ensures survival, but also facilitates encounters and tranquility.
In this way, architecture becomes a medium for social responsibility – where the springs dry up, our work begins.
